Members of the Guard of Honor: A meeting for the purpose of
instruction and drill (of the Guard of Honor for the Commencement Day
exercises will be held at Waterman Gymnasium, Thursday afternoon at
4:30 under the direction of Dr. Gerge A. May. Members of the Guard
will wear caps and gowns. L. IN. Cram, Chief Marshal.
Faculty, College of Engineering:- There will be at meeting of the
Faculty of this College today, at :15 p.m., boomh 348 West Engineering

University Bureau of Appointments and Occupational Information :
Mr. J. J. Jennings, President of the firm of Jennings and Busby, mem-
bers of the Detroit Stock Exchange, will speak to those students who are
inte~rested in, selling insurance securities in Room 205 Mason hall at
4:10 today. He will also be glad to talk individually to those interestedl
immediately following the address and also next lay. For further in-
f9rmation, please call at the Bureau, 201 Mason Hall.
University Bureau of Appointments and Occupational Ilfornmation:
Teachers interested in selling illustrated encyclopedias for children dur-
ing the summer will please call at the office, 201 Mason Hall, for further

Personnel Conference: A Conference on Personnel Relations will be
held at the Michigan Union today, May 26, under the auspices of the
School of Business Administration. Faculty and students from other
units of the University are cordially invited to attend. The program is'
as follows:

Depression." Discussion by John Boughton, Solvay Process company;
C. E. Weiss, Packard Motor company; Mr. A. Clark, United States Rub-

Relations," Dr. J. Douglas Brown, Princeton University. 2. "Setting
Aside Unemployment Reserves," Professor William Hfaber, of Michigan
State College.

ment," Stanley Mathewson, Chamber of Commerce, Springfield, Ohio,
University Women: The closing hours for the nights of Memorial

The closing hour for student attending the Senior Ball Friday night,

dancee, which is a summer formal, is to be held from 10 p.m. to 3 p.m.,
and late permission for University women has been granted by the
Dean's office.

ACADEMIC NOTICES
Geology 31: Make-uip bluebook will be given Friday at 4 o'clock in
Room 3056 N.S. The laboratory will be open Wednesday and Thursday
afternoon fromt 3-5 for 'study. Students should consult the bulletin
board near the Geology Dept. Office to check their laboratory record and
learn the time of make-up laboratory sections. All work must be om-
pleted by Thursday, June 2. Incomplete will be given after that (late.
Geology II: The make-up for the last bluebook will be given Friday,
at 4 o'clock in' Room 3056 N.S. All students should consult the bulletin
board near Geology Office to make sure that their field trip record is
complete. The time of 'make-up field sections will be posted. Incompletes
will Abe given unless field trip record is clear.
