This will be the fourth annual occurence and the plans for it .should make it the biggest and best yet. Open House is a night of cham- pionships and exhibitions with the building thrown open to the public. This year's schedule includes at least six titles to be decided and a like number of exhibitions to keep the crowd interested during the hours 7:30 to 10 p.m., March 23.
