Michigan's Varsity fencers will meet the swordsmen of Michigan State tonight at 7 o'clock in East Lansing. Ineligibility has not rob- bed the squad of any fencers Coach Johnstone announced late last night. The lineup will include Captain Gordon in the fails and sabre. Freedman and Lovell will make up the balance of the foil squad. De Stefano and Boardcman will be teamed with Captain Gordon in the sabre event. In the opee division Powers and Winig will carry the Maize and Blue colors. State will present their strongest team in years including the stars of last season. This meet will help to determine the chances of Michigan against the Conference Champions Friday, Feb. 20, when they journey to Illinois.
