TEA WILL BE SERVED Elizabeth Corn '30 Has Charge of Program for Afternoon Entertainment. All plans have been completed for the presentation of the style show sponsored by W. A. A. in con- nection with the sport's campaign. It is to be held tomorrow after- noon at 4 o'clock in the ballroom of the League building. Peck and Peck, of Detroit, are showing fifty models, which have been chosen by the committee in charge as repre- sentative of appropriate sports wear for campus women. The fol- lowing are the campus women who were chosen to model because of their ability to wear sports clothes: Mary Shields, '32, Margaret Harri- son, '32, Kathleen Suggs, '30, Vin- celle Bartlett, '31, Donna Jones, '32, Harriet Trowbridge, '30, and Herma Grabowsky, '30. Thomas Roussel, manager of the Detroit'store of Peck and Peck, who is helping with the plans for the style show, said, "We are more than glad to co-operate in every way with W. A. A. in their campaign. More and more the trend of style is leading to appropriate sports and tailored dresses for the business and college day. So many people have the erroneous idea that all this plea for sports clothes on the campus means that they are to sacrifice individuality and appear for classes In middies end skirts. Style is what one wishes to make it. The women of America are gradually coming to a plasce where they are the leaders in fashion notes. It is the well! dressed sportswomen of .our sport- loving country, that has brought us to this enviable position. There is no one who has more of a chance to show her good taste and individ- uality than you university women, by your choice of campus cloth- ing," he concluded. Elizabeth Corn, '30, is in charge of all arrangements for the afternoori, which includes the style show fol- lowed by tea.
