ity balls, for up to this year they
have never included a grand
march.
Further comparison of this year's
preparations for the event with
those made last year, and at pre-
vious balls show a decided pro-
gress in all directions, as reports
from the different committees all
show results equally satisfactory to
those of the ticket committee.
