Intramural Department Cercle Francais: The following by-laws were adopted at the meeting of the Cercle November 22: 1. Any memrber who shall be absent for three consecutive meetings will automatically lose his membership in the organization. 2. Any member who shall be absent five times during a semester will automatically lose his membership in the organization. All members who have not attended the four meetings held so far this semester will have the privilege of continuing as members if they are present at the next meeting, Decemeber 6, and continue to appear regularly thereafter.
