Regent Beal To Speak At Initiation Banquet Regent Junius E. Beal and L. E. Eiserman, president of the national+ chapter of Kappa Phi Sigma, will speak at the Alpha Nu initiation banquet to be held at 6:15 o'clock tonight at the Union.
