Boston. R. B. Bell, of New York City, is president of this club of

Northwestern Junior is Hon-
ored-Warne H. Clancy, advertis-
ing manager of the Northwestern
Daily, has just been appointed to
the National Executive Council of
Delta Upsilon. He is one of the
two undergraduates from the
United States to be elected to the
governing body of this fraternity.
This is an unusual honor since it is
the first time in fifteen years that a
junior has been given a seat in this
council.
