The workers, those who work after school for pay, and the non-workers, those who dp not work~ after school, were separated inter two main gi'oups. Then the _worker group was 'subdivil- ed into two parts; those who work for the pleasures afforded by the extra money, and those who are compelled to work. The work~ers and the non-workers were then compared as to school marks, failure marks, honor marks, and group intelligence test results. The two groups of workers were com- pared in the same way. It was found that while the non- worker group had a greater percent- age o .its Marks below 60 per cent,; it also had a greater percentage of it's mark~s above 75 per cent.
