Prof. Henry E. Riggs of the civil
engineering department is the author
of the lead article for. the quarterly
issue. His topic is "Training for' In-
dustrial Leadership." In it he points
out that the place of economics in en-
gineering has become more and more
firmly established as' the profession
has advanced.
