In listing the "don'ts" not merely for students, but for drivers in gen- eral, the chief named as strictly taboo the following: Driving with a siren, riding four in the drivers seat of an automobile, driving without.. driver's licensa, riding with an open muffler, parking in restricted areas, parking at night without lights, and driving against the red light or stop sign on boulevards. O'Brien also naned a few other city rguiiations that are not so commonly known to the student body. One is to the effect that playing eit-h'er football or baseball in the streets or on the adjoining parkings is in direct viola- tion of a city ordinance. He also men- tioned that in Ann Arbor bulldogs must be kept muzzled the year round. and must all be vaccinated for rabies.
