Notice in re Purchase of Annuities:
The attention of all members of the Faculty who by the term of their
appointment are obligated to purchase old age annuities or who have the priv-
ilege of purchasing such annuities, is respectfully calledl to the fact that the
annuity rates of the Teachers' Insurance and Annuity Association will be

CARS POURED INTO CITY
After meeting and solving the larg-
est traffic problem in its history, the
Ann Arbor police force yesterday ex-
pressed themselves as highly satisfied
witli the way in wvhich the more than
25,000 visiting cars were cared for
Saturday.
The main traffic arteries leading in-
to the city began as early as 2:30
o'clock' Friday to flood the city with
the first influx of week end visitor;,.
This continued on through the night
and yesterday morning is early as
five and six o'clock cars from other
states were..comning into Ann Arbor.
But spasmodic, congestion prob)-
