Publication in the Bulletin is constructive notice to all members of

JFellowslilp in Biology :
There will be one or two fellowships at $1,000 per year each openl to
students in Biology who are interestedl in doing half-time work on a re-
search problem in animal genetics in my laboratory during two years
beginning July 1, 1927. During one-half of the time in each year the
student will be free to pursue studies tow~ards a higher degree. Those
interested should apply to Miss 'Murphy at my office.

Second semester program blanks have been placed in the Messenger
Boxes. It is requested that these be filled out and returned to the Dean's
office as soon as possible.

Changes of Elections, College of Literature, Science, antd the Arts :
"Unavoidable changes of elections may be made on Thursday acid Friday,
February 17 and 18, in the Recorder's office, Room 4, University Hall. 'A
change of election slip must be obtainedl first from the Recorder's office,
and returned to that office only after the signature of the instructor whose
course is dropped and the signature of the instructor whose course is -elected
are secured. Change slips not signed by instructors will not be accepted.
Membership in the class does not cease until the change of election slip
has been filed in the Recorder's office and official notice scent to the instruc-
tors. Verbal arrangements with the instructors are not official changes.
After February 18, changes may be made only by permission of the Ad-
ministrative Board and upon the payment of a fee of one dollar.

Students desiring to change sections in any course should consult the
department concerned. If permission for such changes is secured from the
instructors and the department involved, neither the Recorder nor the
Classification Committee need be consulted.

rooms which, have been reserved for classes, but which are not being used,

Chjange' of Elections-School of Education:
Unavoidable changes of elections may be made on Thursday and Fri-
day, February 17 and 18, in the office of the Recorder of the School of
Education, Room 105, Tappan Hall, 9-12 A. M. and 2-5 P. Mv.
Membership in a class does not cease nor does membership in a class
begin until all changes have been officially registered in the Office of the
Recorder of the School of E~ducation. Arrangements made only with the
instructors are not official changes.
Changes in instructors should be reported at this time also.
After February 18 changes in elections may be made in Room 105,
Tappan Hall, only upon payment of a fee of one dollar and only during
the regular office hours.
