They also placed first in the volley ball event. Sigma Alpha Mu in placing second in the race won a frst in the class A basketball tourn- sy by defeating Phi Kappa Sigma in a close game. Theta Chi placing third in the race won the dual water polo match, and scored a total of 975 points. Phi Kap- pa Sigma won fourth with a total of 921 points, scoring wins in the re- lays and the baseball series. The cross countdy race and bowling tournament was won by Phi Sigma Kappa. Dual swimming meets were won by Beta Theta Pi, hand ball was won by Kappa Nu, the general swim- ming meet by Phi Kappa Psi, wrestl- ing by Chi Psi, class B basketball by Delta Chi, foul shooting by Phi Lamb- da Kappa, outdoor track by Sigma Nu, the horseshoe tourney by Phi Gamma Delta, and the tennis meet will go to the winner of the Kappa Nu-Phi Chi matches Other fraternities finishing within the first ten places were: Beta Theta Pi with 875 points, Phi Sigma Kappa, 829 points, Kappa Nu, 742 points with the points that they may win in the tennis match, Phi Gamma Delta, 792 points, and Delta Tau Upsilon with 7019 points Excel Last Year's Marks Compared with thei rtotals of last year each of the leading fraternities have advanced several places in their standings.
