The banquet is an annual event of the department and is given in appre- ciation to the student managers who have voluntarily worked regularly dur- ing the year in the intramural office and on the field, and to the athletic1 coaches who helped t ocarry out the work of the department. At this time the new senior and junior managers for next year will be announced. and the retiring managers will be given their service awards.t One senior and six junior managers will receive the jerseys and mono- grams, emblematic of their service to the ddpartment.
