Lowden, of Illinois, who will deliver his oration on Abraham Lincoln, and x'aj. Thornton A. Mills, of the in- ~telligence corps of the air service,, who will speak on the "Inspiration of a Fraternity Life". Richard Henry 1i.ttle, "R. H.
