Honors Convocation:
The third annual Honors Convocation will bc held this morning, Wednes-
day, May 5, at 11 o'clock, in, Hill Auditorium. Dr. Lynn Harold Hough, of
Detroit, former President of Northwestern University, will deliver an ad-
dress. Dean Alfred H. Lloyd will preside.
Members of the Faculties are requested to occupy seats on the plat-
form, entering through the rear doors of the Auditorium anl passing di-
rectly upon the stage. Academic costume will not be worn.
All 11 o'clock classes (except clinics) are dismissed in order that st-
dents and faculty may attend the Convocation.
A section or -sats on the main floor of the Auditorium is reserved for
honor students.

I niversity Lectures:
Sir Frederick Whyte, until recently President of the Legislative Assem-
bly of India, will give three University Lectures, as follows:
(2) "The Political Awakening of Asia"
(3) "Nationalism and British Rule in India."
The lectures will be given, in the above order, on Wednesday, and
Friday, May .v, and 7, at 4:15 P. M. in the Natural Science Auditorium.
Please note that this list of subjects represents a change of previous an-
nouncements.-

Dr. Peyton Rous of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research will
lecture at 8:15 P. M., Thursday, May 6, in the Natural Science Auditorium
on "The Reaction of the Tissues Under Normal and Pathological Condi-
tions." This is the last lecture of the Alpha Omega Alpha series.

Mr. Robert S. Binkerd, Vmice Chairman of the Committee ol Public Re-
lations of the Eastern Railroads, will lecture on the significance of railroad
transportation and its relations to public policy Thursday afternoon, May
6, at 4:15, in Room 101 Economics Building. The title of his address is "An
