In an effort to further the exchange concerts an admission charge of 501 cents will be used to finance a trip of the Michigan Girls' Glee club on May 15, to Columbus, Ohio, where a similar program will be presented. Under the direction of Carl Hoenig, 35 singers will arrive Friday from Ohio. While in Ann Arbor they will y be guests of sororities and dormitories. Nora Crane Hunt of the School of Music will direct the local organiza- tion. The general program will consist of alternating groups of songs, first by the Ohio visitors then by Michiganj members. Two soloists will be of-I fered among the Michigan entertain- ers. They are, Odina Olson, '26, vo- cal, and Jeanette Emmons, '26, violin. : a r v . J b ,1 7 f 9a i; League To Give Style Show Today Dresses and complete outfits will be shown at the Women's league style show to be held at 4 o'clock today in Sarah Caswell Angell hall. The mod- els who have been chosen are Helen Metzger, '26, Margaret Hudson, '27, Margaret Lawson, '26, Dorothy Krause, '26, Charlotte Burt, '26, Harriet Wes- ton, '26, Esther Tuttle, '27, Elizabeth Bird, '26, Marion Leland, '27, and Mary Alice Moore, '29. Helen Cornelius, the director of the costume information bureau of Hud- son's store of Detroit, will give a talk on colors, styles and their use by dif- ferent types. Her subject is "The Ex- pression of Aesthetic Personality in One's Dress." Miss Cornelius and her assistants will come to Ann Arbor from Mt. Pleasant where they were in charge of a similar event at the Cen- tral Normal. Dancing in Sarah Caswell Angell hall will follow the style show. Mu- sic will be furnished by the Women's league orchestra. Mae Kellar, '27, is in charge of the affair which will be the last league party of the year. Dresses for the style show will be furnished by J. L. Hudson Co. STATEREGULATIONS FOR WOMEN'S USE of' POOL Admission cards for University wo- men interested in using the Union swimming pool are now available, at no expense, at the office of the dean of women in Barbour gymnasium. Wives and daughters of faculty mem- bers who are not enrolled in the Uni- versity as regular students can get similar cards at the main desk of the Union. In accordance with the resolution made by the board of directors, the pool will be open to women from S to 10:30 o'clock Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings and from 7:30 to 10 o'clock Thursday night. Coach Matt Mann of the Varsity swimming team, will supervise the use of the pool, and the above sche- dule has been worked out by him with the co-operation of Dr. Margaret Bell, director of physical education for wo- men. Bathing caps and cotton bath- ing suits only may be worn.
