University Lectures:
Dr. 'William Pepperell Montague, Professor of Philosophy, Columbia
University, will deliver a University lecture Friday, March 26, at S P?. M. in
the Natural Science Auditorium on the subject, "Emergent Evolution." Pro-
fessor Montague is also to speak before the Seminar of the Michigan School
of Religion at 4:15 P. M. Friday, March 26, in the same hall on the subject,E
"Evolution and Religion."

Woods Hole Scholarship:
Through the generosity of Dr. Bryant Walker the Uinivecrsity offers
annually a scholarship of the value of $75 which pays tuition at te Marin
Biological Laboratory, Woode Hole, Mass., during the summer session of six
weeks. Credit may be obtained at this University for work clone at Wood
Hole. Nominations are made by the Zoological Faculty. Applications for
this scholarship should be made at once to the undersigned.

_ The seventh University Srvic for the present year will be lihld in luill
Auditorium Sunday evening, March 28, at 7 :30 o'clock. Thel sermon will be
preached by Rabbi Samuel H. Goldenson of Pittsbugh, Pa. Thlis meeting
Is in charge of the Jewish Student Congregation. Temple Both El Choir

Foreign Students:
The annual spring vacation tour through five Michigan cities-Battle
Crees, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Flint-will occur this coming
April from the twelfth to the seventeenth. Industries, schools and colleges,
and other points of interest will be visited. Overnight entertainment will
be provided in American homes.
"Those students interested should get in touch with me immediately,
either by mal or at my office, Room 3224 Angell Hal, Tuesday, Thursday,
Saturday, 9-10 A. M., or Thursday, 2-5 P. M. The party is limited to twenty-

All students who have required work to do in Physical Education must
sign up this week in Barbour Gymnasium. Classes for the Outdoor Season
begin March 29th.

Mr. J. . Coates, 24E, will be in Room 109 West Engineering Building
the rest of this week for the purpose of talking with those interested in
the Student's Test Course of the General Electric Company. Ile will arrange
for interviews with Mr. M. Al. Boring who will be in the same room on
Monday and Tuesday, March 29 and 30, to make final arrangements witi
those who wish employment with the General Electric Company.

The fourth lecture of the series will be on "The Epic Poetry of Spain,"
to be given by Mr. Eddy of the Romance Language department at 730 this
evening in Room 25 Angell hall.

Martin Falvin's three-act drama "Children Of The Moon" will be pre-
sented as the first program in the Play Production series tonight and tomor-
row night ,(on Thursday and Friday evenings), March 25 and 26, promptly
at 8:00 o'clock in University Hall. Coursei tickets for the series may be had
at the book stores.
