Highway engineering financing, :management, and organization (C.E. 77) will be given by Prof. R. S. Swin- ton,, while American and English highway transport methods (C.E. 81) will be given by Professor Blanchard in the period from Dec. 7 to 18, 1925. During the Christmas holidays fromi Dec. 21 1925, to Jan. 1, 1926, highway' transport and economic surveys (C.E. 67) will be presented by Professors Blanchard and Swinton, while a course on quarry and gravel plants, and gravel and broken stone roads!
