There will be a conerence of thc Deans on Wednesday, October 28, at
10 o'clock in the President's ofice. C. C.' Little.
Tickets for Inauguration :
FACULTY. The main floor (red tickets) is reserved for guests of the
University and the families of members of the Faculties. Faculty members
are expected to take part in the acdemic procession and occupy sea s on
the stage. Tickets for members of their families, however, to the number
available for the purpose, may be had on application to the secretary's office
on and after Wednesday morning, October 28.
STUDENTS. The first and second balconies (blue tickets) are as signe .
to the student body, and tickets have been sent pro rata to the Deans' offices,
where students may apply for them on and after Wednesday, October 28.
All p. kts issued are subject to the limitations of the Auditorium.
'1y4eikets should be presented before 10:45 a. in., after which time
the ushers are instructed to admit nn-ticketholders to unreserved and un-
occupied seats.
.Blue 1tiekets also should be presented before 10:45 a. m. in order to as-
sure se~ing fgr although they are marked "if presented before 11 a in." it
will be ~fllut to hold seats after 10:45 in any part of the hal. Persons
holding; tilmpickets will, of course, be seated by the ushers after 10 :45 if

A meeting of the Men's Educational Cub will be held at 7:00 o'clock
sharp Wednesday evening in room 306 of the Michigan Union.
Men students and faculty of the School of Education will be expected

A. Courtis will speak, business will be transacted, and refreshments served
during the social program.

'The first School of Education Assemby of the year will be eld at the
University High School Auditorium on Tuleda, October 27th, at 4 :00
P. M. Dean Whitney will speak on, "Tendencies and ecent Changes in
the Requirements for Teaching." All students are welcome, whether en-
rolledin the School of Education or not.

It is essential that all the ushers be at the Auditorium at 7 :20 Tuesday
evening. In order for the ushers to be properly stationed when the doors
are opened, they should enter at the back door off Thye street.

The Physics Colloquium will meet at 4:15 P1. M. Tuesday, October 27th,

II Circolo Italano:
There will be a meeting of TI Circolo Italiano Wedncsday evening, Octo-
her,28, 1925, at4 7:30, Room 202 South Wing. Everyone interested in things
Italian is cordially invited. As this is the first metin of the year, old
members are particularly requested to be present as there are several im-
portant questions to be discussed. An interesting program has been planne.

Pawlowski Talks
Prof. F. W. Pawlowski, of the aer o-'
nautical department, addressed the
Chamber of Commerce at Grand
Rapids recently on the subject of
"The Future of Aeronautics." In the
course of =his talk, Professor Pawlow-
ski, said:, "Thre demand of the age isI
for speed_'-and aircraft is the logicall
means of" attaining this. Rail and
water transportation have practically
reached the maximum speed it is pos-
sible to develop in them."
Only box seats, and comparatively
few of them 'are left for the Army-
Navy game in New York. The Har-
yard stadium has been sold out for '
the Harvard-Dartmouth contest. All
Yale bowl seats for the Army-Yale
contest have been disposed of. Foot-
'ball needs more room.
