Programs for these days have been worked outby the various service clubs in the city, cooperating with the Chamber of Commerce. At a meeting at the chamber hld Iasi Friday, the following schedule w,-s ,worked out: on Friday all acti- ities will be in charge of the Chamber of Commerce and will be "boys' dlay in ctiz~nship." At this time high school students chosen by the student council will take over the reins .of city government, as well as assuming various other city and county offices and .becoming editors of the :Times- News. Saturday, which is to be superin- tended by the Exchange club, will be "boys' day outdoors." For this period the committee tin charge has planned hikes, athletic contests, and nature study groups, as well as attendance at the Michigan-Illinois baseball game. The Kiwanis club will take over the program for Sunday, which is to be "boys' day in the churches" The Ro- tary club will assist generally in the programs for all three days. Coincident with this work mleibers of the Kiwanis club will sell newspa- pers on Saturday, ,all sales to be con- (ucted on a noo-change basis. The money raised by this means will go toward the relief work, that is being conducted by that club among under- privileged children. The autom~atic telephone service goes into -effect at midnight, Saturday, May 2, and in connection with the new sys- tem,-every telephone will have a new four-digit number.
