Cover Car Tracks On Monroe Street Car tracks on Monroe street, from SState street to East University aye- nue, have been covered with gravel by the street commission department. The work was done as a part of the grading program carried out on that street, in which a portion of the road- way was plowed up, treated with oil, and smoothed with a steam roller.
