Publications Scholarship Prizes: The Board in Control of Student Publications, in ordler to fost er a higher standard of scholarship among those engaged in work upon the student pub- .11cations, is offering three annual cash prizes amounting to $500 (a first prize of $250, a second prize of $150 and a third prize of $100) to those main- taing the highest scholarship records while working on the several publica- tiops. The, prizes will be awarded each year between the opening of school and the Christmas vacation. To be eligible for a prize a studtent must have done satisfactory work on some one publication or publications, for at least four semesters. The work need not, however, have been continuous. Any stu- dent now in the University who wishes to be considered as eligible for one of the prizes to be awarded this fall is requested to fill out a blank for that purpose, which may be obtained at the Publications Office in the Press Building. Only those who file applications will he considered. All applica- tions must be filed on or before November 15, 1924. Additional information in regard to the prizes may be obtained at the Publications Office. Board in Control of Student Publicationis.
