The first meeting of the Senate Council will be held Monday, October 13,

This is to announce that the Dictaphone Station located at 102 Mason Hall
is maintained to render stenographic and typing service to all members of
the faculty for work of a strictly University nature. There. is no charge for

Ui~uversity of Michigan Band:
Formation this afternoon at cane _c'cl ock sharp at the band headquarters
to play for the Kiwanis parade.' Full dress uniforms with capes. All men
who have not been issued capes may get the same at 12:30. Evening formna-
tion at 7:45 p. in., at Waterman Gym nasiuni. All men must be present
at these two formations. By order of the Director.

All members of the Scabbard and Blade, national as well as local, will

gather for a short business meeting Friday evening, at 7:00 p. in., at the

ment for the Michigan-Wisconsin football game based on the number of

Choral Union Tryouts:
Tryouts for membership in the Choral Union will be continued today from
4 to 5:30 o'clock and Monday evening, October 6, from 7 to 8 o'clock at the
University School of Music.
Former members of the chorus desiring to retain their places need not try-
out again, but are requested to fill out their membership cards immediately,
o 'herwsge their places will be filled by new candidates.
