Mrs. Dorothy Harper Mrs. Dorothy Harper, of Hawaii, is national treasurer of the American Legion auxiliary and may well be called a "super-meinber." During the war Mrs. Harper was a yoeman (F) in the United States navy, serving in the pay corps, so is entitled to member- ship in the Legion proper.
