1. The largest area of our east side hills, valleys and
woods thus far developed under a single, unified and
comprehensive plan.
2. Located between Washtenaw Avenue (now
paved) and Geddes Avenue, one-fourth mile from
present city limits. Destined by nature to be in' the
heart of Ann Arbor's finest residential district in the

3. Planned by America's foremost landscape archi-
tcets and enginecrs-Olmsted Brothers, of Brookline,
Mass. Notice on the chart how these masters of land-
scape art have worked out beautifully winding drives
with graceful approach and ready access to every part
of the property. Arlington Boulevard and other scenic
drives and roads through Ann Arbor Hills will be
the scenic residential streets of the city.-
4. Restrictions that guarantee continued beauty and
harmony on every street, while making a home of mod-
erate cost possible in good taste.
5. One hundred and fifty-four Suburban Estates--
sites for homes of character. None less than one-half
acre. Each one is carefully laid out for a home of
individuality. Some are wooded, some have fine or-
chard trees, others command unusual views.
6. At opening prices in Ann Arbor Hills you can
own one of these Estates three to five times as large as
an ordinary city lot and pay no more for it than you
would for the city lot. That means prices are from
one-fifth to one-third as much per square foot. We
can sell only a limited amount of property at first
prices.
7. No wonder a number of people have said values
will more than double in Ann Arbor Hills the next
few years. "A stitch in time saves nine"-if you take

8. Ann Arbor Hills was purchased, planned and
developed with a single motive dominating-namely
that all the inherent beauty and possibilities of those
hills, valleys, woods and orchards might be available
for the enjoyment of a people especially appreciative
of them.
9. Provision has been made to maintain the prop-
erty in attractive appearance and the streets in passablr
condition for the next six years unless the public au-
thorities assume care of them before.
10. Building of Huron Hills Golf Course as shown
on the chart to the left will bring one of the most pleas-
urable of recreations within a few steps of your door.
You will play golf almost daily when it is so convenient.
This course will be only six-tenths of a mile from our
present city limits.
11. No strings will tie the golf club with any obliga-
tion to supply memberships to purchasers in Ann Arbor
Hills or elsewhere. The club is to be independent and
will control its own affairs.
12. Notice how many building sites nestle around the
golf grounds. Ask to be shown the strategic land-
scaping and home building opportunities these offer.
13. Many who desire to build in Ann Arbor Hills
are not prepared to do so now. Convenient terms have
been arranged so you can start paying for your home
out of savings as you go. In that way you will save
hundreds of dollars over what a site in Ann Arbor
Hills will cost later on.
14. Ann Arbor Hills must be seen to be appreciated.
We will be happy to show you the entire plan on the
grounds without obligation whether you are a possible
purchaser or merely interested in seeing an unusual
undertaking that is to have a lasting influence in mould-
ing the character of our growing city.

NOTE No. 1:
We wish to thank the many who are mailing or phoning requests to see
plans and details about Ann Arbor Hills. Each request will receive careful
attention as fast as we can catch up after the delays necessitated by excessive
rains. It was necessary to protect unfinished streets by a delay of showing
until newly made streets would bear traffic.

NOTE No. 2:
Streets: Our program of street building permits, of no temporary, make-
shift construction. Streets built as we are building them cost money. But
they will last. We feel confident that an appreciative public will assist us
by avoiding use of unfinished streets when wet enough to cut through. This
will make it possible for us to allow thorough settling and packing Jown of
graded parts before putting onthe final gravel surfaces.
