Tabulation of the plan is as yet by .sttsa dn tb or aiai n.ever, a, number of organizations have collected their ballots locally and are sending them in in packages. The Pol- icy committee is announcing the to- tal number of votes from some of those, but is not yet releasing the number of "yes" and "no" votes in any one of these packages. Some of these returns are 9,640 from the Utica press, 1,650 from Yale university, 863 from Mount Holyoke college, 1,6111 cfrom Pennsylvania State college, 1,777 from the Philadelphia Fire depart- anent, and several thousand from the A Fkord Motor' company. In addition to these, votes have been received from Schambers of commerce all over the t country.
