state penitentiary at Jackson will
speak before the men's club of St.
Andrews parish at 7:30 o'clock tonight
in Harris hall.
Mr. Hulbert will talk upon the work
he is carrying on in the capacity of
warden and the conditions existing
at the penitentiary. He has had a
great deal of experience in this field
and is qualified to speak with author-
ity. The hall will be open to the
public.
