SATURDAY, MARCHS

Over $1,000,000 has been subscribed by members in the Michig an Mutual Say-
ings Ass _)ciation since August, 1923, when. the present live hustling force un-
der JI Homer Fisher, a banker and financing engineer of -fifteen years experi-
ence assumed management of the fiscal department.
Our plans call for a Main Office in Detroit with several branches located in the
city of Detroit and other branches coverinig the entire state where a survey
shows the need of a progressive Building and Loan Association. Our main
office is now established on the ground floor of the Penobscot building, Detroit,'
and several branches have been opened. in the state. .Plans also call for an ul-
timate capital of $25,000,000 with an increase of $25,000,000 more if condititIxs
warrant.
The Ann Arbor branch is growing fast owing to the nteed of a progressive Bldc.ing and Lon :ssoeiatfion anld the fact
that H.; J. sontiners,, a, finan~rcing engineer of twenty, years' experienice i4 in charge of the lochl wor:. 1By fthpe111d of the
week approximately $100,000 will havve been subscribed for the ,Ann Arbor branch.
The local office expects to keep hundreds of thousands of dollars at h'ome-
funds 'that have been going to Detroit and other cities -and employ these
funds on first mortgage loans in Ann Arbor.
The executive officers and asociate directors of the Ann Arbor branch of the
association will gladly give you information~ regarding the association and its
