TRAINING COURSE'
ATTRACTS 100 MDEN
IMore than 100 meter repair men
were enrolled in the intensive train-
ing course offered by the electrical
department of the engineering school
for the vacation week that closed Sate-
arday.
'The course was, given by the de-
partment in order that the repair men
be given, an opportunity to receive
rapid training along the principle
lines of their work
It was originally planned to accom-
modate approximately 50 men in the
course, but the increased enrollment
made, necessary the expansion. The
general supervision of the work was
under the direction of Prof. Benainin
F. Bailey of the electrical. engineer-
ing department who was one of the'
princip~al speakers at the 'opening con-
ference last Monday. Talks were also
given by representatives of various
meter companies.
