IN MUSIC CONTEST I
The National Federation of' Music
clubs has announced that the fifth
national contest for young profes-
sional musicians 'will soon be under
way. Prizes wxill be offered by the
state organization to the winners in
the violin, piano, and men's and
women's voice competitions.
Michigan contests will probably take
place this month. All musicians, who
come in the four classes named, and
who are between the age of 16 and 30,
are eligible. The (state winners willi
enter the district' trials and the dis-
'trict winners wvill compete for the
national honor.
