THE MICHIGAN DAILY SUYNDAY, DAILY OFFICIAL BULLETIN Volume SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 1921 Number 49 Fees for Janitor Service: " The attention of all concerned is respectfully directed to the Regents' rule made March 27, 1914, governing the use of rooms in University build- ings outside of hours which janitor service is regularly provded: - Resolved - That when any University organization desires to hold a meeting in any building not provided with janitor service at the hour of the meeting, such organization must make request not less than twenty-four hours in advance, at the office of the Secretary of the Uni- versity. Such organization shall become responsible for the proper janitor fee. This fee will be figured on the basis of not less than $.25 per hour for the time required. Copies of this notice shall be posted on the various University bulletin boards. During both semesters janitor service is supplied in all buildings from 7 a. m. to 5 p. in., except on Holidays and Sundays. Any use of rooms out- side these hours should be covered by a reservation in advance as above stated. Additional janitor service is regularly supplied from 7 to 10 p. m. in the following buildings; and use of these buildings rather than others for evening hours, will often avoid expense for Janitor service that would oth- erwise arise: University Hall, Law Building, Science Building, Engineer- ing Buldng; Chemcal Laboratory (7 to 9 p. in., except Saturday and Sun- day), Old Engneering Building (7 to 9:30 p. m., M., Tu., W., & Th. only). This regular night Janitorservice in these buildings does not cover oc- casions when the public'attends and several men are required at exits, nor does it cover the cost of special cleaning after meetings.
