and no slapstick stuff. Real humor,.
unexpected situations, and exception-'
ally good acting make this comedy un-'
usually worth while. , "Too Much
Business" is here for the first four
days of the week.
"The Dangerous Little Demon" is
based on he frivolity of the upper
strata of the social world. -This is
rather an old theme but this time it is
approached through the medium of the
flapper. The flapper is Marie ,Fro-*
vost and she appears in some of the
',most ravishing clothes -that she has
yet worn. "The Dangerous Little.
Demon" is the attraction here for the
remainder of the week.
ARCADE
"A Homespun Vamp," the screen of-
fering here for the first two days 'of
the week, is* a rather unusual little
story dealing with a heroine who mar-
ries the right man early in the pic-
ture but who is 'not fated to live hap-
pily ever after' with him. Romance
and local color abound in the picture
in which a plucky country bride"
campaigns to keep the affections of
her handsome husband.
"My Boy," in which Jackie Coogan
is featured for the rest of the week,

week, is a story of modern married
life. It deals with a money-mad hus-
band who adheres to the theory that
a show of money attracts money and
that a beautifully gowned wife is the'
best indicator of a husband's pros-,
perity. Gloria Swanson plays the
part of the gorgeously dressed wife
and Stuart Holmes is the husband.
Thomas Meighan and a well bal-

anced cast make "A Bachelor Daddy"
an excellent picture. Delightful ro-
mance, the lively and entertaining
caprices of five orphaned children
and the thrills of a battle between
Mexican bandits and a small army of
defenders, for the possession of a sil-
ver mine are the highly picturesque
features of "The Bachelor Daddy."

i' an intensely appealing picture.
Jackie Coogan has the role~of a little
immigrant who arrives in the United
States as an orphan and manages to
make his way in the' world without
much trouble. The picture is made
up of one funny episode after an-
other and Jackie Coogan certainly
proves his inalienable right to be
called a star.
In conjunction with "My Boy," a
four-reel photoplay called "They Four
Seasons" will be shown. This is a
feature picture which tells ayear's
story of nature.
