Y. W. C. A. swimming classes are
still open and applications may be ob-
tained at Newberry hall.
Y. W. C. A. membership is now open
to any students who understand and
are in sympathy with the work; they
may sign up at Newberry hall at any
time.

An opportunity to do social service
work is open to all students who are
interested in this field through. the Un-
iversity and Homoeopathic hospitals.
There is a demand for women who are
willing to spend an hour or so a day
teaching the children, reading to them,
taking them to the movies, instructing
them in basketry, and writing letters
or running errands for adults, with
some case work as well. Students de-
siring further inftormation may coll at
Newberry hall.
