This week 'the papers. opened in Ann Arbor a special bu- reau with a staff correspondent in charge. At the 'same time a policy was announced for the bureau which marks a distinct step in advancement in the relations of the Booth papers to the oUniversity and to university life. , Bruen in Charge The correspondent in charge of the bureau is Edward J. Bruen, Yale, 1895.
