For women who may be seeking
vocations the Carnegie Library school,
located in the Central Library of
Pittsburg, is offering three different

general library work, library work

Many subjects are common to all
courses and form a basic group given

20 years of age and not more than 35,

who are graduates of universities or
colleges with a recognized-high stand-

personal qualifications for library
work. The school does not promise
positions - to graduates, but the rapid
development of library work -has
created 'a demand for trained librar-

meet. Salaries have shown a con-
siderable increase and now range from.
$1,000 to $3,000 a year.
Application blanks or further in-
formation concerning the school can

cipal, Carnegie Library School, Pitts-
burg, Pa.
