PREPARATIONS BEING MADE
FOR DEROIT AUTO SHOW
Preparations ,for the greatest auto-
mobile show ever held in Detroit are
nearing completion, and special ef-
forts are being made to have every-
thing in readiness when the show
palace opens its doors Saturday night,
March 19.
Approximately 100 more passenger
cars will be on exhibition than in any
past show, and this number includes
at least a dozen makes which have
never been exhibited in Detroit be-!
fore. As in past years the show will
be open each day from 10 o'clock in
the morning until 10:30 at night, in-
cluding Sunday, and will last this
year from March 19 to 26.

CLASS MIXERS GREAT AID TO
BETTER SPIRIT, SAYS EATON
With the purpose of encouraging
mixing in each class, presidents of the
various classes and chairmen of so-
cial committees met in the Union yes-
terday with Paul W. Eaton, '21, pres-
ident of the Union, to discuss the var-
ious methods of accomplishing this.
"In order to develop school spirit to
a greater extent it is necessary to have
a better spirit within each class and
between classes," declared Eaton.
According to ,Eaton, the class sing
as given, by the soph lits a short time
ago was successful in promoting class
fellowship and such get together
meetings is the best way to attain a
good spirit and fellowship within each
class.
