LEAGUE TO SERVE SUNDAY SUPPERS HOUR OR TWO 11 Arrangements for the serving of Sunday evening suppers to University house women in Barbour gymnasium are to be made shortly by the Wom- en's league, according to announce- ment made Thursday afternoon*at the January meeting of the house presi- dent's organization. Mildred Dougherty, '23, was appoint- ed as chairman of a committee on such arrangements. Ione Ely, '23, and Frances Oberholtzer, '21, were named to act with the president on the com- mittee to make plans for a faculty tea to be given by the University houses late in February. Dean Myra B. Jordan, spoke to the group, stressing the necessity for ob- servance of rules in regard to closing hours after dances and other related matters. Anne Mitchell, '21, made} announcement concerning rules for the fancy dress party to be held to- night. JUNIOR PLAY TO SHOW THREE TIMES Three performances, two at night and one matinee of the Junior Girls' play will be given at the Whitney this year instead of two as in former years. The dates will be March 18 and 19. Rehearsals were begun Friday aft- ernoon. The choruses will be chosen during the next two weeks.
