G. Parnall, superintendent of the hospital stated, "The plan we have will in the long run prove bene- ficial to the physicians of the state, Ialthough it may not appear to do so at first.". Physicians will,bunder the new sys- tem, be able to bring their patients here from outside for diagnosis, and take them away again when they have found out the trouble, keeping the patient in charge all the time.
