Mr. Eberbach was born in Ann Arbor, Nov. 23, 1845, and after four years of study in German'I universities joined his father in theI drug business of Eberbach & Son. On Nov. 3, 1870, he married Katherine Hialler, of this city. Several of his articles have appeared in the journal of that organization. For 20 years he was a mem- ber of the local school board; Eber- bach school was named in his honor. Active in medical work in the state, he was local treasurer of the Anti- tuberculosis association, and for nine years a member of the state board of pharmaceutical examiners. Mr. Eberbach is survived by his wife and five children.
