Washington - Fifteen men were dropped from Washington university as an aftermath of the deluge of mid- quarter conditions. Forty-two stu- dents were put on probation. Arkansas - The enrollment of the University of Arkansas has increased six times as fast as the population of the state, according to a comparison between census and registration fig- ures. The university's enrollment has gained 66 per cent in seven years.
