Rorich defeated Bowers in the finals
of the All-campus tennis tournament,
6-2, 6-2, 13-11, yesterday afternoon on
Ferry field.
As j the score indicates Rorich took
first two sets rather easily, but in the
third Bowers braced and forced the
winner to a long deuce set. On sever-
al occasions it looked as if Bowers
would pull out the third set, but Ror-
Ich's steadiness in the pinches proved
too much for the loser.
Rorich is a South African in his first
year of attendance at the lniversity.
