SUMMER SESSION' BREAKS RECORD Record-breaking statistics and re-- ports from the last summer session typify the rapid advance and expan- sion of the University. A total attend- ance of .2,220 students makes the 1919 enrollment of 1,961 summer session students fade into insignificance. There were remarkable increases in all colleges except the Law school. Dean E. H. Kraus says that he was glad to note the unusual number of teachers and superintendents who availed themselves of the advantages of the last summer session. He be- lieves that th~ere is nothing phenom- enal in the growth that has been ex- perienced, and he feels confident that a similar increase may be ,expected next year and in succeeding summer sessions. The many special lectures and con- certs of the season were well attend- ed, and from the view of accomplish- ing their purpose they were a com- plete success. A new interest seemed ,to be felt in all University activities during the recent session, and it is evident from the present outlook that it will carry into the academic year. CARS MUST NOT BE PARKED IN FRONT OF K"U" HALL. Since the commencement of school, students have persisted in disregard- ing the notices placed in front of University hall, prohibiting the park- ing of cars. Unless this ptactice is discontinued, drastic action. will be taken by the buildings and grouns department to prevent any further violation of this rule.
