"SAFETY WEEK" EMPHASIZES MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS1 This week has been proclaimed "Safety Week" throughout the state of Michigan, the object of this proc- lamation being to remind motorists of traffic rules. Ann Arbor police have, printed lists of the city traffic rules, copies of which can' be obtained at police headquarters. Yesterday more than 60 drivers were stopped by the police because they dit' not have drivers' licenses. The law says that all persons over the age of 14 must have a city driv- er's license, (which cost50 cents each.
