Luncheon Ticket Sale Continues Today
Senior girls are t'o wear their caps
and gowns to the Women's annual
luncheon to be given in Barbour gym-
nasium next Saturday.
Tickets for the luncheon are sell-
ing rapidly to present University stu-
dents, alumnae, and to girls in Detroit
Junior college. The sale of tickets will
be continued today from 9 until 12
o'clock' and from 2 until 5 in Univer-
sity hall.
Comedy Club Arranges Spring Party
Final plans for the Comedy club
spring party tomorrow night have
been completed. Members of the club
will stage a one act play in Sarah
Caswell Angell hall, later adjourning
to Barbour gymnasium for a dance
which will complete the program.
Prof. L. A. Strauss and Prof. '. R.
Nelson will chaperon the affair.

SWIMMING .1M E E T S
No definite program has been set
for dual meets for the swimming
team, but it is almost certain that two,
at least, can be arranged. The first
of these is expected to be with the
Detroit Athletic club on Saturday,
April 10, in the Detroit pool.
April 24 a meet with M. A. C. at
Lansing is hoped for. The meet was
arranged for April 3, but owing to the
interscholastic basketball tournament
it was found necessary to postpone the
date.
In the ranks of the D. A. C. are some
of the finest swimmers in the coun-
try; swimmers who have defeated the
best that even the Conference cham-
pions could produce. Coach Drulard
looks for a close contest , neverthe-
less, particularly in the crawl events,

as the Varsity is represented by some
fast men.
Little is known of the strength of
the Lansing institution. They have
good sprint men, and should excel
in the plunge for distance, but with
the exception of the plunge the Wolve-
rine swimmers seem to have the
edge.
Some of the men who were announc-
ed in Wednesday's Daily as having
won jerseys in the interclass meet
have not yet communicated with El-
liott. They may get in touch with
him by telephoning 2630-W between 1
and 2 o'clock today.
Close Play in Praternity Billiards
All games to date in the interfrater-
nity three cushion billiard tournament
being played at the Union have been
characterized by the close competition
