As the detectives feel called upon to live up to their pro- fessional reputations, amusing incid- ents result when his wife attempts to return to the city against }is wishes and his daugter is caught flirting with a neighbor's chauffeur. Prominent in the development of the plot are the ,Blaclfoot Indians who are at odds with both the Kootenai Indians and the American outposts.
