Among the novelty acts that the
manager of the Varsity Glee and
Mandolin club has secured for the
"Mid-Semester Exam." concert of that
organization to be given Tuesday eve-
ning, Dec. 2, in Hill auditorium, is the
Girls' Glee club which will appear
in a selection. Seven other feature
numbers are on the program besides
the selections by the Glee and Man-
~iolin clubs,

for quartettes and sexettes that Mr.
Carter, the Glee club director, is still
undecided in his choices for the sever-
al groups which wil feature this year's.

FOR UNION NEARLY FINISHED
Final drafts of the Union house rules
are being phrased by the sub-commit-
tee on house rules, composed of the
chairman, James I. McClintock, '21L,
and by George Hurley, general sc-
retat'y. These will be submitted to the
house committee when it meets early
next week, and the rules will proba-
bly be passedt at that time.
They will, thein" be referred to the
board.of directors who will consider
them and incorporate them in the
by-laws. After such steps have been
taken, the house rules will be print-
ed, framed, and placed in conspicu-
ous places about the Union.
