Interest. is centered around Black Deering, a bandit chief who is persuaded to make one last holdup after he has decided to reform and who is betrayed by one of his follow- ers. When he regains his freedom he em- barks on a number of stirring adven- tures in carrying out his plans to "get even." -THE ARCADE Will Rogers, the droll comedian of "Jubilo" and several other recent suc- cesses, will appear again today at the Arcade in "Jes' Call Me Jim," whose scenario was taken from J.
