CIt4b Gives Program in'Salem Tonight
-Another entertainment in the inter-
ests of the Washtenaw County Com-
munity service will be given by the
Cosmopolitan club tonight in Salem..
The program will include a Filipino
"flirtation dance," a Hindu act, a Jap-
anese dance, a recitation in modern
Greek, a mandolin solo by A. M. El-
kind, grad., and Chinese songs. All
the acts will be in costume. After the
entertainment a dance will be given
for the club.
Pres. Hutchins to Speak in Milwaukee
President Harry B. Hutchins ac-
companied by Deans M. E. Cooley and
V. C. Vaughan will attend a meeting
in Milwaukee, Wis., on Monday, ay

DELAY IN RECEIVING LOCKERS
FOR GYM LAID TO TWO CAUSES
Delay in receiving gymnasium lock-
ers ordered last fall is due both to
labor troubles at the factory where
the order was placed, and to poor
conditions of shipping exeeprienced re-
cently, according to a statement from
the purchasing department yesterday.
The order, which was placed last
December, called for 1,000 lockers to
be delivered within six weeks from
the date of the order. Due to diffi-
culty in obtaining materials and la-
bor, the orderk was delayed. Recently
the difficulty experienced in transpor-
tation further delayed the cqnstruc-
tion of the lockers. 7
Architects' Party Tickets to Go on Sale
Tickets for the -annual May party of
the architects to be held Friday night,
May 7, in the Union, will go on ale
at 5 o'clock today and on next Tues-
day at the desk in the Union lobby.'
The committee states that admittance
to the May pary will not be limited to
he class alone which gives he affair.
Five dollars a couple has been set as
the ticket fee. Tickets may be also
obtained at any time in the architec-
tural corridors.
