I DELAY IN RECEIVING LOCKERS FOR GYM LAID TO TWO CAUSES Delay in receiving gymnasium lock- ers ordered last fall is due both to labor troubles at the factory where the order was placed, and to poor conditions of shipping exeeprienced re- cently, according to a statement from the purchasing department yesterday. The order, which was placed last December, called for 1,000 lockers to be delivered within six weeks from the date of the order. Due to diffi- culty in obtaining materials and la- bor, the orderk was delayed.
